Here’s a collection of short stories and allegories which I have posted on this blog. They span a time period of my writings from the early 70s to the present.
They are listed from the most current posting to the first posting in October 2010. If you find one to your literary taste, please post a comment.
As I have said many times on posts, reading, especially to your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, is essential for emotional and mental development. A story can take you to worlds unknown where reality and fantasy do a strange tango.
Literature is there to enrich one’s spirit. Reading is an art form.
Practice your craft well as you paint on the canvas of your mind. May it be a beautiful portrait of various hues and tints like a kaleidoscope touched by starlight.
For starlight reminds us that before we were, the stars beamed their light throughout the heavens. So are stories which touch upon the ancient life cycles of the past or the hopeful cycles of the future.
We cannot change the past, but our decisions today affect the future which is unpainted on the canvas as we journey on the road of life. Always remember that we are traversing the cosmos each second of our lives.
Enjoy the ride.
