The Telegraph has reported that an agreement has been reached between New Zealand and Warner Brothers to keep the filming of the Hobbit in New Zealand.  The $500-million (£315 million) production will be an economical boast to the country.

“It’s good to have the uncertainty over and have everyone full steam ahead,” John Key, Prime Minister, said.  We are sure a number of eager fans would agree.

In the meantime, we would recommend that you read the book.  Reading is essential for the development of the mind, especially in the young.

As always, we are certain that Bilbo Baggins, Gandalf, and company have a lot to share with us about life.  You may wonder what can a hobbit teach or show me?  Best answer—read the book.  The quest is always personal.
